Overview:
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead, train and be an integral part of our outdoor production team and has experience managing field crews in industries such as agriculture, construction, or similar labor-intensive fields. In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for overseeing and motivating a diverse crew of workers to ensure that production targets, safety and quality standards are met.
Job Duties:
- Supervise our outside daily production teams, focusing on quality and operational standards.
- Monitor employee performance and provide hands on guidance to optimize productivity.
- Make real-time adjustments to roles and tasks to meet quality and efficiency benchmarks.
- Collaborate with management to implement best practices and improve operational processes.
- Train and mentor staff on production techniques, quality assurance, and safety protocols.
- Analyze production data and report on progress toward goals.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualification Requirements:
- A solid understanding of production processes gained through work experience or education.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance data and make informed decisions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure quality standards are met.
- Valid Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for insurance purposes.
