We are searching for the right individual to join our team who has experience using, and a technical proficiency with, various e-commerce software applications.
It is important that applicants realize that we will be interviewing only those people who have mastered the use of Seller Cloud and Rithum (also known as Commerce Hub.)
Relevant experience with all facets of various e-commerce platforms is also important, especially Shopify, lowes.com, homedepot.com, and Walmart.com although proficiency with any one is not important. The E-commerce Manager’s primary goal is to optimize the day-to-day operation of Nature’s Way’s ecommerce endeavors. Key performance indicators include profitable operation across all e-commerce platforms, top-line sales growth, and maintenance of excellent platform quality scores. In addition, the E-commerce Manager will be expected to grow top-line sales by increasing the catalog that is available to online shoppers, by adding relevant platforms that allow Nature’s Way’s reach to expand into new demographics, and by maximizing the use of the advertising budget to improve marketing metrics.
Candidates must have at least three years’ experience administering an e-commerce business, including experience with Seller Cloud and Rithum. Remote work is available (during normal Eastern Time Zone work hours, Monday through Friday), but includes the requirement of a willingness and ability to travel to our corporate headquarters at least every month for 2-4 days at a time. We fully expect that, to be successful in the position, a person will need to dedicate between 40 and 60 hours per week to the job at hand.
